It just seems like yesterday that the good people from Miami Bike Scene talked to me about helping them with some ideas for the first Beer Snob Bicycle Pub Crawl and they are now on the sixth one taking place Saturday, September 22nd. The funny, actually sad, thing is that every time there is one it falls on a date that I already have something going on. From all the pictures and feedback I've heard from both the bars they visit and the people that attend is that is an awesome event.
The sixth edition of the pub crawl takes you to a couple of new spots as well as some of the favorite spots from the past. Every bar will have a drink special of some kind to partake in. Here is all info on where and what is happening at each spot.

Beer Snob Pub Crawl II
After the great success of the last Beer Snob Pub Crawl earlier in the year I have been asked constantly when the next one was going to be. Well, here it is. This Saturday you can meet up with other like minded beer lovers and bikers for what is sure to be another memorable event. Here is what Rydel and the good folks over at The Miami Bike Scene have to say about the event.
"Back by popular demand, this time around in celebration of Oktoberfest! The bicycle pub crawl will be very similar to the one held earlier this year, the only significant difference is that we will not be riding to S. Miami and shall remain in downtown instead.
We'll be starting off at Zeke's at 4pm where all beers are just $4! We'll then make a stop at The Abbey, The Filling Station, and finally The DRB. The pub crawl conveniently ends near the Adrienne Arsht Center Station Metromover Station in Downtown Miami for those who wish to take the train back home vs riding.
Remember to bring a bicycle lock. A light is also recommended since it'll be dusk by the time we leave the last bar. The pub crawl should be over by 8:30pm. Cyclists ride at their own risk and assume responsibility for their own safety!
Please remember to DRINK RESPONSIBLY, obey all traffic laws and be courteous to others. This is not a Critical Mass ride and there will be no corking. We welcome you to come out have a good time, meet new cyclists and most importantly to ride safely. 21+
Below is a list of the bars we will be visiting (in order) :
*We'll be meeting some riders at the Adrienne Arsht Center Station Metromover Station (formerly Omni - 15th/Biscayne) at 3:30pm for those who wish to ride over from downtown to Zeke's (Miami Beach) via Venetian Causeway with a group.

Miami Bicycle Pub Crawl
I just bought a bike a few weeks ago and haven't had much time to use it since I have been pretty busy with beer events. Thanks to the good people over at the blog Miami Bike Scene I can now combine both my new bike and a beer event. On Saturday, March 6th Miami Bike Scene will host what they are calling the Beer Snob Bicycle Pub Crawl. It will start at 4:00pm at Zeke's on Lincoln Rd. and will hit The Abbey, The D.R.B.(The D.R.B. will have Magic Hat #9 onsale for the biker participating in the ride for only $3.50 and a Magic Hat rep there handing out free swag), and end at Titanic in Coral Gables. Titanic is right by the Metrorail so if you would prefer to take that back part of the way instead of riding back you can do that. It is recommend to bring a bike lock and also a light as it will be dark for part of the ride.
They will also be making these commemorative t shirts for the ride for only $10. You can go and leave a comment about what size shirt you want by clicking here. You can also RSVP by clicking here.
