Brooklyner-Schneider Hopfen-Weisse Now Available

From Brooklyn Brewery Rep, Rich Nowak:
"Brooklyner-Schneider Hopfen-Weisse is a limited release collaboration with Schneider Brewery in Germany. Brooklyn Brewery Brewmaster Garrett Oliver formulated the recipe, Schneider Brewmaster Hans Peter Drexler chose the American hops. BSHW is a 100% bottle re-fermented wheat beer dry-hopped with American Palisade, Amarillo and Cascade hops. The Schneider Brewery wheat beer yeast is used in primary fermentation. The beer is bottled flat and re-fermented in the bottle with Champagne yeast. A very limited amount will be going out to select bars, stores and restaurants in South Florida next week."
